Shipping and Local Delivery Info

> IN STORE SHOPPING:

 The retail location is currently closed. We will reopen a physical location at a later date when we see more local customers in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas are ordering. 

In-Store shopping will be unavailable until further notice.

 > SHIP TO HOME:

*Allow 1-2 days for order processing of in-stock items. Most orders ship the same day or the following business day.
*For custom, made-to-order, or other type of handmade items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
*Your tracking number will be emailed to you and you can track your order in the Shop App.

> LOCAL DELIVERY (San Antonio, TX & Surrounding):

Our warehouse location has moved from San Antonio, TX to the beautiful city of Helotes, TX. All local delivery orders will be dispatched from Helotes. Please check our updated local delivery rates before ordering. 

*Orders of in-stock items received BEFORE 10am will be delivered the same day by 10pm.

*Orders of in-stock items received AFTER 10am will be delivered the next business day by 10pm.

Our delivery times fall between 7pm - 10pm, although, we may occasionally deliver outside of these time frames.

*ALL CANCELED LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE REFUNDED or EXCHANGED*

Custom items include: T-Shirts, Mystery Boxes, Resin Items, Some Candles, Spell Bottles, Made-to-Order items, and anything else with the title ‘Custom’ that can be personalized.
