*In-Store Appointment Booking* - Schedule your appointment here!

Our shop policies are changing to accommodate our growing online business and address specific safety concerns.

It is now required for our in-store shoppers to schedule an appointment before visiting the warehouse. Appointments are 15 minutes each. 

*Currently, appointments may be on the same day you would like to visit - with appointments available an hour from now (during business hours only)* 

Each time you book your appointment with us, you may ask to receive a free 5 minute in-store consultation before you complete your purchase. You may ask us about anything including shopping advice, spell ingredients, or even just to chat! These are optional and may not always be available. 

Please be aware that our free consultations are complimentary to help you shop and we offer them at our discretion.

After placing your appointment, please check your email for your appointment details and confirmation. You may receive text message or email message updates about your appointment including messages related to rescheduling and cancellations. 

If we need to cancel your appointment, we will reach out to you within 30 mins of booking with more information about how you can reschedule.
